To provide a device for clearing obstructions from a medical tube.SOLUTION: The device comprises: an adjustable-length guide tube connected and cooperating with a medical tube to at least partially define a pathway through which obstructions can be evacuated from the medical tube； and an elongate guide member extending through the adjustable-length guide tube and the medical tube.
