PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of grid irregularities to a fixed level or lower regardless of the length of exposure time and to reduce loads at the turn of a grid as well.SOLUTION: The radiographic apparatus 12 includes: a radiation source 74 for exposing a subject to radiation a solid-state detector 46 for detecting the radiation transmitted through the subject and acquiring the radiation image information of the subject the grid 100 which is disposed between the subject and the solid-state detector 46 and removes scattered radiation generated when the radiation is transmitted through the subject a grid moving mechanism 108 for moving the grid 100 in at least one direction and a grid movement control part 110 for controlling the drive of the grid moving mechanism 108.
