Provided is a capsule endoscopy device capable of acquiring an ultrasound image at low power without having a motor for driving a vibrator by controlling movement of an oscillator for acquisition of an ultrasound image based on external magnetic force. The capsule endoscopy device comprises: an ultrasonic imaging unit transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave to acquire an ultrasonic image； and a magnetic reception unit controlling the ultrasonic imaging unit to perform a motion for acquiring the ultrasonic image in response to magnetic force from a magnetic controller outside the capsule endoscopy device.외부로부터의 자력을 기반으로 초음파 영상의 획득을 위한 진동자의 움직임을 제어함으로써, 진동자 구동을 위한 모터를 구비하지 않고서도 저전력으로 초음파 영상을 획득할 수 있는 캡슐 내시경 장치가 제공된다. 장치는, 초음파를 송수신하여 초음파 영상을 획득하는 초음파 촬상부와, 상기 캡슐 내시경 외부의 마그네틱 제어기로부터의 자력에 응답하여 상기 초음파 촬상부가 초음파 영상을 획득하기 위한 움직임을 수행하도록 제어하는 마그네틱 수신부를 포함한다.
