Device for collecting eggs in aviaries comprising a laying nest with a tilted floor (2) on which hens lay their eggs, wherein the device comprises an elevator scoop (1) on the lower end of the tilted floor (2), wherein said elevator scoop (1) comprises in turn a swivelling body (4) with a housing (5) to house the eggs that roll down the tilted floor (2), a projection (6) to prevent the entry of more than one egg inside the housing (5) and a counterweight (7) located on one end of the body (4) opposite that of the housing (5). The device also comprises a channel (3) below the tilted floor (2) to convey the eggs out of the aviary and a fixed shaft (8) crosswise to the body (4) of the elevator scoop (1) about which said elevator scoop (1) swivels.
