Holes are provided for retaining excretions i.e. grainy leftovers. A toilet paper sheet is wound in a lower area and inserted into a lower opening of a stoma bag for cleaning the stoma bag. The spatula is manufactured by a plastic injection molding process and from materials such as wood, cardboard and metal by a punching process. The base plate is adhered on an abdominal wall of a patient.
