The present invention provides a uterine elevator for easily manipulating the movement of the uterus during laparoscopic surgery. In this regard, the uterine elevator is inserted into a woman's vagina, the uterine cervix connected to the vagina, and the body of the uterus so as to manipulate the movement of the uterus during laparoscopic surgery. The uterine elevator comprises a body portion, a mounting portion, a support portion, a slider portion, an adjustment portion, a head portion, and an airbag portion. The body portion is formed to extend in one direction, and a handle is coupled to one end thereof. The mounting portion is coupled to the other end of the body portion. The support portion is provided on the mounting portion so as to support the uterine cervix. The slider portion penetrates the mounting portion so as to be coupled to the body portion, is formed to extend in one direction, and is inserted into the body of the uterus. The adjustment portion is simultaneously coupled to one end of the slider portion and to the body portion such that, by reciprocating along the longitudinal direction of the body portion, the adjustment portion causes the slider portion to reciprocate in the longitudinal direction of the body portion, thereby adjusting the length of the slider portion with regard to the body portion. The head portion is configured such that, as the slider portion is inserted into the body of the uterus and is deformed, the slider portion is forced against multiple points inside the body of the uterus or is released from the multiple points.
