PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experimental animal breeding device that improves a breeding environment and maintenance properties of an experimental animal and realizes cost reduction.SOLUTION: An experimental animal breeding device includes a breeding rack comprising a rack body for supporting a shelf board part 17 and a breeding cage 42. The breeding cage 42 is arranged in the breeding rack so as to enable the supplied air-conditioned air to be forcibly exhausted to the outside of a chamber in one direction air flow from a front end 44 side of the breeding cage 42 to a rear end 45 side through an exhaust duct. A blowing outlet 21 toward the direction of an opening surface 43 of the breeding cage 42 is included in the shelf board part 17, and one side hollow part 22 in communication to a hollow strut part positioned in the front end 44 of the breeding cage 42 is provided in the front end 44 side. An exhaust port 25a for exhausting upward is included and the other side hollow part 24 in communication with the exhaust duct is provided in the rear end 45 side.
