PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high operability by weight saving and labor saving while retaining a gripping force to the tissue.SOLUTION: A medical stapler includes: a first jaw 21 and a second jaw 22 each having grip surfaces 21a and 22a oppositely arranged, and capable of gripping the tissue between the grip surfaces 21a and 22a a knife 3 cutting the tissue a knife slot 7 formed on the grip surface 21a of the first jaw 21 a staple 4 directing the pointed end to the second jaw 22 and supported on the first jaw 21 and an antislip member 5 provided on the first jaw 21 and blocking the movement in a direction along the grip surfaces 21a and 22a of the tissue. The staple 4 and the antislip member 5 are arranged making a row parallel to the knife slot 7.
