Also provided herein is a disclosure and specification of invention(s) relating to methods and devices for selective manipulation of Intraocular Pressure (IOP) be means of mechanical force for the purpose of inducing retrograde flow in the ophthalmic vasculature.L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des méthodes pour un accès et un traitement percutanés de structures vasculaires dans l'arrière de l'œil, y compris le traitement de symptômes associés à la dégénérescence maculaire exsudative liée à l'âge, par élimination d'une sténose de l'artère ophtalmique, rétablissant ainsi une circulation sanguine normale, ou quasi-normale, à l'arrière de l'œil, y compris la rétine et des structures associées.
