CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus for puffed confectionery comprises the following: a housing(10) forming a space unit in the inside； a driving unit(20) generating hot air inside the housing, formed on one side of the housing； a discharging unit(30) formed on the other side of the housing for discharging dried confectionery from the housing； an opening/closing unit(11) connected to the upper side of the apparatus using a hinge； a residue discharging unit(12) located on the bottom of the housing for discharging crumbles inside the housing； a heat generation unit(13) for generating heat； a guide unit(14) located on the upper side of the heat generation unit for guiding the inserted confectionery and mounting the confectionery inside the housing； a supporter(15) supporting the guide unit by being installed on the bottom of the guide unit； a drive motor and a blower(21) formed on the driving unit； and a cover plate(31) installed in between the housing unit and the discharging unit.건조장치는 내측에 공간부를 형성하는 하우징부와, 상기 하우징부의 일측에 형성되며 상기 하우징부의 내측에 열풍을 일으킬 수 있도록 하는 구동부와, 상기 하우징부의 다른 일측에 형성되며 상기 하우징부 내에서 건조된 음식물을 배출할 수 있도록 하는 배출부를 포함함으로써,상기 하우징부내에 설치된 발열부에서 발생하는 열풍을 이용하여 일정 기간 시간이 지났거나 여름 장마철 습기로 인해 눅눅해진 뻥튀기된 과자는 제과와 같은 음식물을 건조시켜 바삭바삭한 식감을 유지시킬 수 있도록 하는 뻥튀기된 과자를 건조하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
