A physiological surveillance system includes a wearable device and an application program. The wearable device is wore by the user for detecting the physiological status and the current location of the user, so as to generate a physiological information and a location signal. The application program allows the user to set up a plurality of contact persons and a contact location information for reaching the contact persons. The application program receives and analyzes the physiological information for acquiring a physiological analysis data. When the physiological analysis data exceeds the threshold information, a warning signal is generated. If the user does not shut down the warning signal, the application program captures and compares the location signal and each contact location information, so as to transmit the warning signal and the location signal to the nearest contact person, providing physiological surveillance and mayday functions.本發明提供一種生理監測系統，其包含：一穿戴裝置及一應用程式，穿戴裝置由使用者配戴，穿戴裝置能偵測使用者之生理狀態與所在位置，以產生一生理資訊及一位置訊號；應用程式提供使用者設定複數聯絡人並能取得聯絡人所在位置之一聯絡位置資訊；應用程式接收且分析生理資訊，以取得一生理分析數據，當生理分析數據超過標準值資訊時產生一警示訊號，當使用者未取消穿戴裝置所發出之警示訊號，應用程式擷取位置訊號及各聯絡位置資訊且進行距離比對，並將警示訊號及位置訊號通知距離使用者最近之聯絡人；藉此，兼具監控生理狀態及求救之功能。
