The invention provides a manufacturing method of enzyme-containing healthy food. Various functions of the active ingredients such as enzymes, coenzymes, mineral nutrients, vitamins and organic acids like amino acid contained in weeds, vegetables, fruits, kelp and fermentation calcium can be obtained by eating the healthy food.
