The invention provides a manufacturing method of enzyme-containing healthy food. Various functions of the active ingredients such as enzymes, coenzymes, mineral nutrients, vitamins and organic acids like amino acid contained in weeds, vegetables, fruits, kelp and fermentation calcium can be obtained by eating the healthy food. The manufacturing method of the enzyme-containing healthy food is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding sugar, weeds, vegetable fermentation liquid, fruit fermentation liquid, kelp fermentation liquid, fermentation calcium and brown sugar bacteria into the weeds extract to be fermented so as to obtain a first charge liquid then adding pawpaw fermentation liquid into the first charge liquid to be fermented and cured so as to obtain the second charge liquid and finally filtering the second charge liquid.
