PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a composite sheet that can provide the composite sheet that is excellent in appearance and hardness.SOLUTION: A production method of a composite sheet includes: a convexoconcave shape forming step of making an engagement part of a first roll 11 and a second roll 21 engage a first sheet-like object 2 to be performed by shape forming of a convexoconcave an intermediate production step in which a second sheet-like object 3is superposed on the first sheet-like object 2, and the second sheet-like object 3 is jointed in a part corresponding to a salient 14 of the first roll 11 in the first sheet-like object 2 to form two or more junctions 4, and to obtain a composite sheet intermediate 1 and a joint step in which a third roll 31 having a convexoconcave shape that is different from a convexoconcave shape of the first roll 11 at a peripheral surface is used, and a second junction 5 is formed to the composite sheet intermediate 1.
