Disclosed are an apparatus for measuring trunk alignment which measures trunk alignment generated in a functional operation for diagnosing, arbitrating, and preventing abnormal trunk alignment required for a dynamic motion, by using a slope sensor and arbitrates and prevents the abnormal trunk alignment by feeding back the measured result to a testee in real time, and a trunk alignment-feedback system having the same.
