The outer cylinder phantom has a circular columnar shape of a regular length and a cylinder having a predetermined radius is formed in the central part of the circular columnar shape as long as the predetermined length. The first inner cylinder phantom has a circular columnar shape having a predetermined radius and is inserted into the cylinder of the outer cylinder phantom.
