PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic application device having high working efficiency allowing to continuously apply an auxiliary substance for extrusion of pot seedlings, to a pot seeding box which is washed with a washing device.SOLUTION: This automatic application device comprises arranging a water tank storing an auxiliary substance mixed solution which is made by mixing an auxiliary substance with water and putting the concentration in a required concentration range, continuously to the washing device, setting a pot seedling box continuously transporting means continuously from one end of a carrying-in side of the water tank to the other end of a carrying-out side, carrying the transporting means in the water tank through inclining downward a pot seedling box followed by soaking in the solution in the water tank to transport, and on the carrying-out side, inclining upward the pot seedling box so as to drain and drop surplus auxiliary substance mixed solution to the water tank.
