PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly stop a feed chain by the operation of an emergency stopping switch.SOLUTION: A combine harvester equipped with the feed chain (21) for conveying the root parts of reaped grain culms by nipping them between a nipping rod (27) and the feed chain (21), and a threshing part (4) for carrying out the threshing treatment of the reaped grain culms conveyed by the feed chain (21) is constituted as follows. The feed chain (21) is wound on a driving sprocket (23) and a following sprocket (24), and a stopping means (31) for stopping the rotation of the feed chain (21) by engaging with the feed chain (21), and the emergency stopping switch (32) for operating the stopping means (31) are installed in the combine harvester.
