PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which feels smooth even in a high humidity environment, and has excellent hairdressing performance and excellent retention performance in the high humidity environment.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic contains an ingredient (A) and (B) in a range in which a mass ratio of the ingredient (B) to (Ab) in the ingredient (A), (B)/(Ab), is 0.05 to 1.50.
