摘要：: The present invention relates to novel compounds of the general formula (I) their tautomeric forms, their enantiomers, their diastereoisomers, their pharmaceutically accepted salts, or pro-drugs thereof, which are useful for the treatment or prevention of diabetes mellitus (DM), obesity and other metabolic disorders. The invention also relates to process for the manufacture of said compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use.本發明關於通式(I)之新穎化合物，其互變異構物形式、其鏡像異構物、其非鏡像異構物、其醫藥上可接受之鹽類或其前藥，它們有用於治療或預防糖尿病(DM)、肥胖症和其他代謝性病症。本發明亦關於製造該等化合物之方法，及含有彼之醫藥組成物和彼之用途。
