Disclosed is a remote control device of a vehicle mount-type smoke screen sterilizer comprising: a wireless control device which transmits a wireless signal for remote control a control panel which receives the wireless signal, transmitted from the wireless control device, through a wireless reception and transmission unit, and controls power generation, discharge of an agent solution, and air blowing first and second engine driving units which have a first engine and a second engine, respectively, and generate power by control of the control panel first and second pump driving units which have a first pump and a second pump, respectively, and pump the agent solution in an agent solution container in cooperation with the first and second engines solenoid valves which are located on first and second discharge pipes for discharging the agent solution pumped by the first and second pumps and control discharge of the agent solution under the control of the control panel and first and second air blowing fans which are driven by the control of the control panel and spray the agent solution, discharged through the discharge pipes by exhaust gas, inserted through exhaust pipes of the first and second engines, and air, inserted from the outside, through first and second spraying nozzles.
