PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sealing member 3 anchored to the inner surface of a casing 2 durable against the pressure from an O-ring 4, and to prevent bubbles from being accumulated within the sealing member 3 in discharging bubbles included in the sealing member.SOLUTION: An inclined surface 14 on the inner surface of the casing 2 supports the sealing member 3.
