The embodiment of the proposed invention relates to provide a noradrenaline bitartrate prefilled syringe wherein noradrenaline bitartrate is administered without loss of potency. The present syringes are prefilled and hence there are no risks of its exposure to atmosphere while filling the syringe or while diluting the drug and hence there it is protected from oxidation and hence there is no loss of its potency. The present syringe being prefilled contains dosage concentration of noradrenaline bitartrate and does not require further dilution which overcomes the problems of contamination and dosage errors while diluting the drug to required dosage concentration.
