To improve usability of a biological information measuring device.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device 1 includes a transmitter 3 to be mounted on a human body. The transmitter 3 includes: a measurement unit 9 that measures biological information； a control unit 10 that is connected to the measurement unit 9； a communication unit 11 that is connected to the control unit 10 and communicates with a cellular phone 8； a battery 13 that supplies power to the control unit 10； and a storage unit 18 that stores new product information indicating that the transmitter 3 is unused. The control unit 10 performs mutual authentication with the cellular phone 8 after the power supply is started by the battery 13, and transmits a connection request to the cellular phone 8 in mutual authentication and transmits new product information of the transmitter 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】生体情報測定装置の使い勝手を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】生体情報測定装置１は、人体に装着されるトランスミッタ３を備えている。トランスミッタ３は、生体情報の測定を行う測定部９と、測定部９に接続された制御部１０と、制御部１０に接続され携帯電話８と通信を行う通信部１１と、制御部１０に電力を供給する電池１３と、トランスミッタ３が未使用であることを示す新品情報が保存された記憶部１８と、を有している。制御部１０は、電池１３により電力供給が開始された後に携帯電話８と相互認証を行い、相互認証では携帯電話８に接続要求を送信すると共にトランスミッタ３の新品情報を送信する。【選択図】図４
