PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler enabling sufficient cooling with a cooled object included in an opened space, eliminating physical load on an operator, and having no risk of imparting adverse effect on sanitation to the cooled object like an air fan does.SOLUTION: A cooler 1 can cool only a daily dish material 47 included below a food 39. That is, since local cooling is performed with only the daily dish material 47 as a target in an opened space, cold air is not discharged around the cooler 1, and unlike a refrigerator, an active space of an operator can be kept at room temperature. Accordingly, physical load due to low temperature can be perfectly prevented from being applied to the operator. Also unlike an air fan, the cooler can prevent adverse effect on sanitation from being imparted to the daily dish material 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】開放された空間に被冷却物を備えた状態で十分な冷却が可能で、且つ作業員の身体的な負担が無く、しかも送風機のように被冷却物に対し衛生面等の悪影響を与えるおそれがない冷却装置を提供する。【解決手段】冷却装置1によれば、フード39の下方に備えた惣菜材料47だけを冷却することができる。言わば、開放された空間で惣菜材料47だけを対象とした局所冷却が行われることになるので、冷却装置1の周辺に冷気を放出せず、冷蔵庫と異なり、作業員の活動空間を常温に保つことができる。従って、作業員に低温による身体的な負担が掛かるのを完全に防止することが可能となる。しかも送風機のように、惣菜材料47に対し衛生面等の悪影響を与えるのを防止することができる。【選択図】 図4
