Disclosed is a method capable of providing taxonomic base materials by investigating the morphology, counts, measurement traits between a parent individual and a hybrid individual, artificial egg collection, egg development processes, fry morphology, etc. through the interspecific hybrids, since Rhodeus uyekii and Rhodeus ocellatus are breeding with each other in a natural river environment and the possibility of the emergence of natural hybrids are suggested. According to the present invention, a hybridization method of the present invention includes: a step of separately collecting semen from male Rhodeus uyekii and eggs from female Rhodeus ocellatus, or semen from male Rhodeus ocellatus and eggs from female Rhodeus uyekii； a step of performing artificial insemination between the same to obtain embryos； and a step of hatching the embryos.각시붕어와 흰줄납줄개가 자연 하천에서 혼서하는 것이 확인됨에 따라 자연 교잡종의 출현 가능성을 시사하고 있어 종간 잡종을 통해 부모개체와 교잡개체 간의 형태, 계수, 계측형질을 비롯한 인공채란, 난 발생 과정 및 자치어 형태발달 등을 조사하여 분류학적인 기초자료를 제공할 수 있는 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 각시붕어(Rhodeus uyekii)의 수컷과 흰줄납줄개(Rhodeus ocellatus)의 암컷으로부터 각각 정액과 난을 채취하거나, 흰줄납줄개(Rhodeus ocellatus)의 수컷과 각시붕어(Rhodeus uyekii)의 암컷으로부터 각각 정액과 난을 채취하고, 이들 간의 인공수정을 실시하여 수정란을 얻고, 상기 수정란을 부화하는 단계를 포함하는 각시붕어와 흰줄납줄개의 잡종 생산 방법을 제공한다.
