PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying trap that can easily be installed in a simple constitution and can restrain a beast reliably.SOLUTION: A tying trap 10 is provided for tightening and restraining a portion of a beast body by a tying ring 13 formed with a rope 12, and includes a trigger device 20 including: a first footplate 21 and a second footplate 31 installed in the tying ring 13 in the trapping； a turning connecting member 40 for supporting and connecting the first footplate 21 around a first horizontal rotating shaft, and the second footplate 31 around the second horizontal rotating shaft in a turning manner, respectively, the turning connecting member 40 that pivotally supports the footplates 21, 31 being present on the substantially same horizontal plane in the trapping, while a first abutment side surface 22 is faced to a second abutment side surface 32； and an elastic part 50 for biasing the first footplate 21 and the second footplate 31 supported to the turning connecting member 40 so as to draw them.
