The present invention relates to a cell culture support using a water-soluble polymer. Specifically, the cell culture support using a water-soluble polymer is a support for attaching and culturing cells, wherein the support is formed, through accumulation of fiber which contains a water-soluble polymer and a synthetic polymer and is obtained by means of electro-spinning, as a fiber web having a plurality of pores through which culture fluid permeates, and the water-soluble polymer of the fiber is gradually dissolved in the culture and thereby the diameter of the fiber is slowly reduced, whereby cells can grow and be eluted from the fiber web.La présente invention concerne un support de culture cellulaire utilisant un polymère hydrosoluble. Plus particulièrement, le support de culture cellulaire utilisant un polymère hydrosoluble est un support permettant de fixer et de cultiver des cellules, le support étant formé, par laccumulation de fibres qui contiennent un polymère hydrosoluble et un polymère synthétique et sont obtenues au moyen dun électro-filage, sous la forme dun voile de fibres comprenant une pluralité de pores à travers lesquels sinfiltre un fluide de culture, et le polymère hydrosoluble de la fibre étant progressivement dissous dans la culture et le diamètre de la fibre étant, de ce fait, lentement réduit, les cellules pouvant ainsi croître et être éluées du voile de fibres.본 발명은 수용성 고분자를 이용한 세포 배양 지지체에 관한 것으로, 수용성 고분자를 이용한 세포 배양 지지체는 세포를 부착시켜 배양하기 위한 지지체로서, 상기 지지체는 전기방사에 의해 얻어진 수용성 고분자 및 합성 고분자를 함유하는 섬유가 축적되어 배양액이 침투하는 다수의 기공이 만들어지는 섬유 웹으로 이루어지고, 상기 세포가 성장되어 상기 섬유 웹으로부터 용출될 수 있도록, 상기 섬유의 수용성 고분자가 상기 배양액에 서서히 용해되어 상기 섬유의 직경이 서서히 줄어드는 것을 특징으로 한다.
