PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting apparatus capable of eliminating fears such as a failure to close a clamp by an operator, contamination of a blood collecting bag by blood collection initial flow due to the failure, and problems of a sealing member which cannot be broken quickly or forms broken pieces.SOLUTION: In a first blood collecting tube T1.1, a first end is connected to a blood collecting needle 8. In a second blood collecting tube T1.2, a second end is connected to the blood collecting bag 4. A sliding type duct switching means 60 is disposed between the first blood collecting tube T1.1 and the second blood collecting tube T1.2, and a first end of an initial flow blood tube T2 is connected to the duct switching means 60. A second end of the initial flow blood tube T2 is connected to a blood collection first flow elimination bag B.
