An orthotic device comprising a body having a base, a first support surface, asecondsupport surface, and a third support surface. The first support surface, inthe form of afirst convex surface, is configured to support and stretch a patient's neckwhen thedevice is located between a substrate surface and the patient's neck. Thesecondsupport surface, in the form of a first concave surface, supports at least oneof thepatient's lower neck and a portion of the shoulders. Furthermore, the spacingbetweenthe apex of the first support surface and the base is greater than the spacingbetweenthe second support surface and the base. Finally, the third support surface,whichcomprises a second convex surface and a second concave surface, is adjacentthe firstsupport surface.
