The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer comprising crRNA and endonuclease as active components. The present invention can be tailored according to needs of a patient or a cell type by specifically treating cancer cells based on properties that DNA and RNA are specifically coupled. The nuclease activity of a CRISPR PLUS system according to the present invention can be activated by binding of crRNA and genes specifically present in cancer cells.
