The present invention relates to a method for producing an anti-drop agricultural film. The method comprises the steps of: synthesizing a nanocarbon by dipping a pair of graphite electrodes in polyalcohol having an electrolyte added therein and by applying AC electricity having a voltage of 0.1 to 2 kV between the electrodes obtaining an additional reaction byproduct by mixing high fatty acid having the carbon number of 8 to 18 with a produced solution in which a nanocarbon is dispersed at a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:5 and by reacting the same at a temperature of 150 to 200°C for 2 to 5 hours and producing a film by mixing 1 to 10 parts by weight of the additional reaction byproduct on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a polymer and by dissolving and extruding the same.
