PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way valve whose inflow operation is restricted, and which is suitably used in a liquid medicine injection system for injecting a liquid medicine put in a liquid medicine container through a tube.SOLUTION: A one-way valve includes a casing 260 and a lid member 270, and a valve chamber is formed by their combination. The casing is formed with an inflow pipe 262 opening in the valve chamber, and the lid member is formed with an outflow pipe 272 opening in the valve chamber. A valve body 255 is disposed in the valve chamber closing the inflow pipe so as to open the inflow pipe by being deformed when a pressure difference acts in which the pressure on the inflow pipe side is larger than the pressure on the outflow pipe side.
