A new and distinct Medinilla plant named ‘ICE’, characterized by an erect shrub plant, measuring about 40-45 cm in total height (when first flowering) and about 65 cm in diameter green glossy leaves, measuring about 20-25 cm in length and about 10-12 cm in width pendulous panicles, measuring about 15 cm in length and about 12 cm in diameter, with white flowers (RHS 155D).
