The guide pin is surrounded by an amelioration sleeve (6) made from a material, which is liquefied by way of ultrasonic oscillations. The device comprises an element for producing or coupling mechanical energy, such as ultrasonic oscillations, and a cylindrical collar having cylindrical lateral surface having a central recess for accommodating a guide pin. The guide pin is surrounded by an amelioration sleeve made from a material, which is liquefied by way of ultrasonic oscillations. The cylindrical lateral surface of the amelioration sleeve substantially has same outside diameter as the collar. The guide pin is accommodated in central recess in a displaceable manner.
