The present invention relates to new derivatives of epipodophyllotoxin 4-substituted with an optionally substituted (poly)aminoalkylaminoalkylamidc, or alkyl-urea or alkyl- sulfonamide chain, a process for preparing them and their use as a medicine as an anticancer agent.
