The present invention relates to methods for the production of heat shock protein complexes for use in vaccine compositions. In particular, there is provided a method for increasing the level and immunogenicity of heat shock protein complexes produced in cells by subjecting the cells to specific stress inducing stimuli. The invention further extends to the use of heat shock protein complexes produced according to the methods of the invention in the preparation of vaccine compositions for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and cancerous conditions.La présente invention concerne des procédés de production de complexes de protéines de choc thermique destinés à être utilisés dans des compositions vaccinales. La présente invention concerne notamment un procédé destiné à faire augmenter le niveau et l'immunogénicité des complexes de protéines de choc thermique produits dans des cellules par soumission des cellules à des stimuli spécifiques induisant un stress. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de complexes de protéines de choc thermique produits selon les procédés de l'invention dans la préparation de compositions vaccinales destinées à la prévention et au traitement de maladies infectieuses et de conditions cancéreuses.
