SOLUTION: The fastening tape 1 whose one edge side is a fixed base T side is mounted over one another on the side edge of the absorptive article or the absorptive article cover in the area of the fixed base T side including at least one part of the fastener 11 the other edge side of the fastening tape 1 is a free end S side which does not overlap the side edge the fastener 11 has a cut 18 on the fixed base T side the cut 18 is broadened widely toward the fixed base T side.
