PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tubular medical appliance conveying device in which a tubular medical appliance can easily be loaded in a lumen included in the conveying device, the tubular medical appliance being diametrically reduced in order to be loaded in the lumen.SOLUTION: A method is provided for manufacturing a device for conveying a tubular medical appliance 11 into a body. The method performs the steps of the following (1) to (4) in this order. (1) A step of bringing the temperature of the tubular medical appliance of an outer diameter D1 into the temperature T1 at which an austenitic phase is present. (2) A pre-loading morphogenesis step of applying an external force to the tubular medical appliance at the temperature T2 lower than the temperature T1, and reducing the outer diameter from the D1 to D2. (3) A loading morphogenesis step of weakening external force at the temperature T3 lower than the austenite phase transformation completion temperature Af of the alloy constituting the tubular medical appliance, and increasing the outer diameter of the tubular medical appliance from the D2 to D3. (4) A step of loading the tubular medical appliance of the outer diameter D3 in the lumen of an inner diameter D4 at the temperature T4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】搬送装置に備えられた管腔内に装填するために縮径させた管状医療用具を、搬送装置の管腔内に容易に装填できる管状医療用具搬送装置の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】管状医療用具11を体内に搬送する装置の製造方法であって、下記(1)~(4)の工程をこの順で行う。(1)外径D1の管状医療用具を、オーステナイト相が存在する温度T1にする工程。(2)温度T1より低い温度T2で、管状医療用具に外力を加えて外径をD1からD2に縮径させる装填前形態形成工程。(3)管状医療用具を構成する合金のオーステナイト相変態終了温度Afより低い温度T3で、外力を弱めて、管状医療用具の外径をD2からD3に拡径させる装填形態形成工程。(4)温度T4で、外径D3の前記管状医療用具を、前記内径D4の管腔内に装填する工程。【選択図】図1
