The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising fruits and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the cosmetic composition comprising fruits has improved degree of dispersion in the fruits&prime； compositions which are included as one of the components of the compositions. More specifically, provided are the manufacturing method of the cosmetic composition and the cosmetic composition, wherein the method comprises a pretreatment process for removing sugar of the fruits such that hardening/aggregation phenomena of the fruits can be prevented. Also, easiness of crushing the fruits can be obtained and even when dispersing the fruits by using polymer which is vulnerable to salt through a salt removing effect of the same process, hardness stability of the cosmetic composition can be obtained.본 발명은 과일 함유 화장료 조성물에 있어서 조성물의 일 성분으로 포함된 과일의 조성물 내 분산도가 향상된 과일 함유 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 과일의 당을 제거하는 전처리 공정을 거침으로써 과일의 굳음/뭉침 현상을 해소하고, 과일 분쇄의 용이성을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 동일 공정의 염 제거 효과를 통해 염에 약한 고분자 폴리머를 이용해 분산시키는 경우에도 화장료 조성물의 경도 안정성을 확보하는 것이 가능한 화장료 조성물 제조방법 및 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
