A method of using wood extracts as natural compounds in cosmetic and hygiene products. In particular, the method includes using natural compounds derived from a plant material wherein the compounds are at least one of antioxidant Dihydroquercetin (taxifolin), polysaccharide Arabinogalactan, Arabinogalactan combined with Dihydroquercetin (taxifolin) and wood oleoresin comprising oil and resin, and wherein all these natural compounds are consequently extracted from wood and or by-products of logging industry.본 발명은 화장용품 및 위생용품에서 천연 화합물로서 나무 추출물을 이용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 상기 방법은 식물 물질로부터 유래된 천연 화합물을 이용하는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 화합물은 항산화 디하이드로퀘르세틴 (탁시폴린), 폴리사카라이드 아라비노갈락탄, 디하이드로퀘르세틴 (탁시폴린)과 조합된 아라비노갈락탄 및 오일과 수지를 포함한 나무 올레오레진 중 적어도 하나이고, 결과적으로 이들 천연 화합물 모두, 벌목 산업의 목재 및/또는 부산물로부터 추출된다.
