PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a number of times of changing a slide member supporting a seedling tray when the seedling tray is driven to feed laterally and reciprocate in a right/left direction by a lateral feed mechanism in a seedling planting device.SOLUTION: A seedling tray is driven to feed laterally and reciprocate in a right/left direction while being supported by a fixing part 24 of a seedling planting device by slide parts 32a, 32b, 32c of a slide member 32 and a slide face part 42 sliding and contacting each other. The plural slide parts 32a, 32b, 32c having different facing directions from each other are included in the slide member 32.
