PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic capable of obtaining a cosmetic having an excellent fluidity while maintaining an oil gel structure.SOLUTION: There is provided an oily cosmetic which comprises a component (A): one or more components selected from the group consisting of the following components (A1) to (A4), a component (B): one or more monohydric alcohols selected from the group consisting of glycerol, diglycerol, polyethylene glycol and sugar alcohol, a component (C): water and component (D): one or more components selected from the group consisting of glycerin mono-2-ethylhexyl ether, polyoxyethylene octyl dodecyl ether, 1,2-octanediol, alkyl glucoside, propylene glycol isostearate and octyldodecanol, wherein the content ratio of the component (A) is 0.1 to 5.0 mass%, the content ratio of the component (B) is 3.0 to 50.0 mass% and the content ratio of the component (C) is 0.5 to 20.0 mass%.
