PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss of grains by stabilizing an attitude of a conveyance cylinder during a grain discharge operation and reducing spill of the grains due to displacement of a discharge position.SOLUTION: The combine harvester comprises: a grain storage device (1) including a thresher (18) at one side of the left/right of a machine body frame (3) having a traveling device (20), and a conveyance cylinder (6) for grain discharge at the other side of the left/right of the machine body frame (3) and a reaper (21) at the front side of the machine body frame (3). The combine harvester further comprises a retaining device (70A) that supports the base part of the conveyance cylinder (6) so as to rotationally turn to the outer lateral side of the machine body, about an axial center in the front/rear direction and retains the turning position of the conveyance cylinder (6) by connecting between the conveyance cylinder (6) and a fixing part provided in the machine body frame (3) side by a chain-like or rope-like connection member (73).
