The present invention discloses a wrist-wearable blood pressure monitor. The wrist-wearable blood pressure monitor according to the present invention includes: a wrist cuff including a wrist strap to be worn on a wrist； a sensor for measuring blood pressure which is provided on the wrist cuff； and a tightener provided on the wrist cuff to selectively tighten the wrist cuff so that the wrist cuff presses the wrist.
