The present invention relates to a device for reorienting ufs disposed in the hollow cells (3) open of a plate, said device being intended to reorient at least one uf (2) of said plate along a substantially vertical axis. According to the invention, the device comprises at least one reorientation element (1) capable of moving between a low position and a high position relative to the cell comprising the uf to be reoriented, said reorientation element comprising a lower base ( 10) on which are fixed rods (11) erected whose upper ends are spaced relative to each other in contact with the uf to reorient, the upright rods being intended to interpose between the cell and the uf, in the high position, to initiate and guide a movement of the uf under the effect of its weight to a substantially vertical position.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réorientation d'ufs disposés dans les alvéoles (3) creuses ouvertes d'un plateau, ledit dispositif étant destiné à réorienter au moins un uf (2) dudit plateau selon un axe sensiblement vertical. Delon l'invention, le dispositif comprend au moins un élément de réorientation (1) apte à se déplacer entre une position basse et une position haute relativement à l'alvéole comprenant l'uf à réorienter, ledit élément de réorientation comprenant une embase inférieure (10) sur laquelle sont fixées des tiges (11) dressées dont les extrémités supérieures sont écartables les unes par rapport aux autres au contact de l'uf à réorienter, les tiges dressées étant destinées à s'interposer, entre l'alvéole et l'uf, en position haute, pour amorcer et guider un mouvement de l'uf sous l'effet de son poids vers une position sensiblement verticale.
