The present invention provides mulberry leaf and shiitake mushroom tea including shiitake mushrooms, mulberry leaves, and Eclipta prostrata. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the mulberry leaf and shiitake mushroom tea including the following steps: drying shiitake mushrooms, mulberry leaves, and Eclipta prostrata; roasting the shiitake mushrooms, the mulberry leaves, and Eclipta prostrata in a heating container; and cutting the shiitake mushrooms, the mulberry leaves, and Eclipta prostrata into small pieces to have an average particle size of 0.5-3 mm and then mixing the shiitake mushrooms, the mulberry leaves, and Eclipta prostrata at a weight ratio of 14-18 : 2- 4 : 1. According to the present invention, the mulberry leaf and shiitake mushroom tea has aroma which is unique to the shiitake mushroom after processing the aroma to be mild, while containing nutrients and offering effects of the shiitake mushroom.
