PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck stretching implement capable of easily stretching a neck without excessively stretching the neck.SOLUTION: A neck stretching implement 10 has notches 30 on both ends in the longitudinal direction of a strip-shaped member 20 to make grips. The strip-shaped member 20 is made of a material whose width in the lateral direction is about the height of the first cervical vertebra and which has flexibility in the longitudinal direction and rigidity in the lateral direction. The neck stretching implement 10 also has members 40 with cushioning properties in part of both edges in the lateral direction of the strip-shaped member 20. When a user actively slightly bend the neck backward with the neck stretching implement 10 abutting to the back of the neck in a semicircular shape while holding the grips extending forward, the contraction of the back of the neck is controlled by the material with rigidity in the lateral direction of the neck stretching implement 10, so that the neck can be stretched without excessively stretching the neck (Figure 3c).COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】頚部を過伸展させず、頚部の伸展ストレッチを簡便に行うことが出来る頚部伸展ストレッチ具を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】頚部伸展ストレッチ具10は、長手方向に柔軟性があり、短幅方向の幅を首の付け根から第1頚椎の高さ程度として、短幅方向に剛性を有する素材からなる帯状部材20に、長手方向両端に切欠部30を設け把持部とすると共に、短幅両縁の一部にクッション性を有する部材40を設けてなる。これを、後頚部に半円状に当接させ前方に延伸する把持部を把持し、頭部を能動的に軽度後屈させると、頚部ストレッチ具10の短幅方向に剛性を有する素材により後頚部の収縮を抑制して、頚部を過伸展させず、頚部の伸展ストレッチをすることができる(図3のc)。【選択図】図1
