PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow organ wall sealing fixture that can reduce a burden of a surgeon and enable ideal resection of a tumor.SOLUTION: A hollow organ wall sealing fixture 1 is a member fixed on an outer surface of a hollow organ wall by suction, and includes: a circumferential edge part 20 with an annular bottom part 20a, and an outside wall part 20b and an inside wall part 20c annularly provided in the outside and inside of the bottom part 20a, respectively a cup part 2 provided by being connected to the circumferential edge part 20, and having a space forming part 22 for forming a closed space 21 between the hollow organ wall and itself and a tube 3 stored between the outside wall part 20b and the inside wall part 20c of the circumferential edge part 20 of the cup part 2, and having a tube storage part 30 formed of two or more suction holes 30a and a tube deriving part 31 connected to the tube storage part 30 and derived from the circumferential edge part 20, and for exhausting air from the two or more suction holes 30a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
