A milling machine for prostheses comprises a base (2), a reception element (7) for a material portion (P) to be machined, a first tool (3) and a second tool (4) for machining said portion (P), translation members (5a, 5b) connected to the base (2) and each associated respectively with said first tool (3) and said second tool (4) to translate said tools (3, 4) along three mutually perpendicular respective translation axes (X, Y, Z X", Y", Z"), rotation members (6a, 6b) each associated with said first tool (3) and said second tool (4) to rotate said tools (3, 4) about at least two mutually perpendicular rotation axes (A, B, B"), said rotation members (6a, 6b) acting on said translation members (5a, 5b) to determine the rotation of the tools (3, 4).
