PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice ball production tool capable of forming an ingredient storage recessed part for receiving an ingredient simultaneously with the production of a rice ball.SOLUTION: Two receivers 13a, 13b are connected openably/closably via a bent part 15. The receivers 13a, 13b are made by projectingly providing the outer peripheral edge on one face side of a base piece 16 with a standing wall 17. The height of the respective upper edges 26 of both the side parts composing the standing wall 17 is made gradually high toward the tip parts. When both the receivers 13a, 13b are bent so as to be closed, the side part standing wall 23a and the tip part standing wall 25a of either receiver 13a are superimposed on the inside of the side part standing wall 23b of the other receiver 13b and the inside of the tip edge standing wall 25b.
